AI readiness

Automate the manual work in the right order.

A dense steel lattice under a bridge deck

Manic Edge finds the manual processes in your business that AI can take over and writes the plan to get there: the knowledge base, the first automations, and where a multi-agent orchestrator fits.

AI readiness

Find out how much of your manual work AI could take over before you talk to anyone. Eight questions, and a straight answer on the page.

Begin

Four parts. One plan.

  1. 01

    Process list

Every manual process in the business that AI can take over, ranked by the hours it eats and how safe it is to hand off.

  2. 02

    Knowledge base

How to structure the knowledge base your AI tools draw on: what goes in, who owns it, and how it stays current.

  3. 03

    Automations and orchestration

Which automations to set up first, the tools to build them with, and where a multi-agent orchestrator earns its place.

  4. 04

    In writing, in 90 days

A rollout plan in the order to do it, with the fee agreed in writing before we start.

Who it's for.

Underside of a riveted steel truss bridge
  • Your team has been told to use AI and nobody has said for what.
  • A process in the business runs on one person's memory.
  • Hours a week go on moving the same information between tools.
  • You want a plan you can start on this quarter.

Book the plan

What people ask first.

Do we need to be using AI already?
No. The rollout plan starts from the manual work as it is done today.
What do you need from us for the plan?
A walk through how the work gets done today: who does what, with which tools, and where the hours go. A few conversations with the people doing it cover most of it. We do not need your passwords.
What happens after the 90 days?
The plan is yours to run. If you want us to run it with you, we scope that separately and quote it in writing.
How is this different from support strategy?
Support strategy is about one department, the support team, climbing a five-stage model. AI readiness covers the whole business: the manual work across it, and every person who would use AI in it.

Which manual work would you hand off first?
