Market simulations

Run the launch before you launch it.

A suspension bridge tower and deck from below

Manic Edge builds a simulated version of your market, with your customers modeled as a population of AI agents, and runs your decision through it. Watch how the community reacts, how competitors counter, and what breaks. Before anything ships.

Market simulations

Find out whether your decision can be tested before you ship it. Eight questions, and a straight answer on the page.

Begin

Five steps. Two weeks. One decision.

  1. 01

    Scope

One decision, sharply defined. It passes three gates: a discrete intervention, an identifiable population, and real data to seed from.

  2. 02

    Seed

We build the agent population from your data: support logs, research, community threads. Weighted like your actual customer base, with hard constraints, not adjectives.

  3. 03

    Run

Your decision goes in as the single injected variable. At least two independent runs, so recurrence means something.

  4. 04

    Read

What your data already says, what emerged in simulation, and an audit trail on every claim. We defend it live.

  5. 05

    Interview

The simulation stays open. Ask the follow-ups yourself: the question you'd never get to ask a real customer the day after a launch goes wrong.

What you get.

Independent runs

2+

Your decision is the single injected variable. We run it at least twice, independently, so recurrence means something.

Readout · three passes
engagement readout / run 2 of 2

What your data already says, what emerged in simulation, and an audit trail on every claim. Real motif analysis from an engine run.

Every claim tagged
[SEED] observed in your data
[EDGE] emergent in simulation
[EDGE] recurred across 2/2 runs
fidelity audit: clean / no unsourced claims

Reactions ranked by recurrence, with every claim tagged as observed in your data or emergent from the model. You know what you're trusting.

Live interview
> ask the population
> what would make you leave?
> _

The simulation stays open. Sit down with the agents and ask the follow-ups yourself.

Who it's for.

  • You have one decision, sharply defined.
  • You can name the population it lands on.
  • You have real data to seed from.
  • You want to know before it ships.

Community Run

$3,500 USD · two weeks

Your customers, simulated. One decision run through a population seeded from your data. Two or more independent runs, a recurrence readout with every claim tagged, and a live agent interview.

War Game

$6,000 USD · three weeks

Customers and competitors. We profile your rivals from the public record, especially how they responded last time, and simulate their strategy room reacting to your move. Counter-moves ranked by recurrence.

Talk to us

What people ask first.

Is the readout a prediction?
No. It is a ranked account of what recurred across independent runs, with every claim tagged as observed in your data or emergent in simulation. We deliver it as professional opinion and analysis, written to change a decision before it ships, and we label it as exactly that.
What data do you need from us?
Enough to seed a population that looks like your customer base: support logs, research, community threads, reviews, churn notes. We weight the population from what you provide, and every claim that rests on it is tagged as observed.
How is our data handled?
Seed data is used for your engagement and nothing else. It is handled under our privacy notice, and a data processing addendum is available on request before anything is shared.
What if our decision can't be simulated?
We tell you on the first call, before there is a fee. Most decisions that fail a gate can be reframed into one that passes; some can't, and we say which.
Do you tell us what a named competitor will do?
We profile named competitors from the public record and simulate their strategy room reacting to your move. The output is a set of counter-move scenarios ranked by how often they recurred. That ranking is the deliverable.
How long does it take?
Community Run is two weeks. War Game is three. Full Loop is scoped per project, and the scope is agreed in writing before we start.
